The paragraphs below explain how we process your personal data, the purposes of such treatment and for how long they are treated, bearing in mind that we ensure your rights and the compliance of data protection rules pursuant to the new European Regulation n. 679/2016 (“GDPR”) and LPD (Swiss Data protection Law)
Purpose of the Treatment and Personal Data Collected
Euronovate S.A. guarantees to the data subject that the personal data collected are complete, relevant and not excessive and will be collected exclusively for the purpose indicated below:
-The personal data provided by you within the scope of a specific application process will be used exclusively for the purpose of the application process.
Your data will be made available to the relevant employees of Euronovate S.A. involved in the appropriate personnel selection process. By accepting our data privacy declaration for our online application process, you agree that Euronovate S.A. may save and process your data for the purpose of undergoing an application procedure.
During your online application, we will collect and process the following personal application data: last name, first name, address and telephone number, email address, application documentation (letter of application, CV, references, certificates and similar).
Method of Treatment
Personal data are processed only with automated and electronic tools, for the time specified (See Below “Duration of Treatment”) by people specifically appointed to do so. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use of the same and unauthorized access, so as to allow access only to appointed people. The personal data acquired will be saved on electronic media, stored and archived on servers by and located in the cloud as specified below. (See International Transfer)
In any case, the processing of personal data will be in accordance with the law, according to the principles of lawfulness and fairness.
Euronovate S.A. will not use the personal data of the data subject for profiling purposes nor will such data be communicated to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
The treatment is in charge to different people in our organization respecting the principle of competence and accountability. Moreover, minimization principle is adopted when data are collected.
Security of Information
The security of your Personal information is important to us. We maintain appropriate safeguards and current security standards to protect your Personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
If we get to know of a security system’s breach, we will promptly notify you.
Consent of the Data Subject to Treatment
The Data Subject, by flagging the data processing authorization box, certifies his / her free consent for the Data Controller to process the data as described above, as well as to communicate it to the exclusively authorized and appointed persons.
This consent is eventually also extended to the processing and communication of personal data as per articles. 9 and 10 Reg. (EU) 679/2016 and LPD for the purposes and within the limits expressly indicated here.
In this case the consent must be requested separately.
In case of hiring other personal data will be collected further and appropriate consent will be requested.
This consent is also collected explicitly to the processing and communication of special categories personal data as per articles. 9 and 10 Reg. (EU) 679/2016 and LPD Art. 4, point c, for the purposes and within the limits expressly indicated in the information.
Communication and Disclosure of Data
For the purposes specified above, the personal data of users may be processed by employees or collaborators of the Data Controller. The data can be shared among the companies of EuronovateGroup.
Duration of Treatment
The maximum duration of the treatment is 2 years
This means that within 2 years the data must be cancelled
The transfer of personal data from countries belonging to the European Union to “third” countries (not belonging to the European Union or to the European Economic Area: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) is prohibited, unless these countries guarantee an adequate level of protection; the European Commission has the power to establish such adequacy through a specific decision. The same principle is valid for the transfer of data outside Switzerland.
The collected data for the purpose describer in the “Purpose of Treatment and personal data collected” are not transferred outside of Switzerland and European Economic Area.
