Sales Account Manager – Healthcare & Public Administration

To support the strong growth of our business in the fields of Digitalization through Electronic Signature, Onboarding solutions, Automation and AI, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive business expansion across the Italian market, with a focus on the Healthcare and Public Administration sectors.

What You Will Do
Develop and expand new business opportunities within Healthcare and Public Administration organizations
Build and manage strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers
Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
Promote innovative Digital Trust solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term value creation
Achieve ambitious sales targets in terms of revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
Identify market trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities within the assigned sectors
Work closely with Pre-Sales, PMOs, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
Contribute to the company’s go-to-market strategy and strengthen our positioning in the Italian market
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of experience in IT solution sales or digital services
Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
Strong network and relationship-building capabilities
Experience selling into Healthcare and/or Public Administration sectors is highly valued
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong business mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and technology-driven solutions
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is highly valued
Knowledge of ISO 27001 or information security frameworks is a plus
