Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- To evaluate the possibility of establishing an employment or collaboration relationship with Esignworld S.r.l.
(Legal basis: execution of pre-contractual activities) - If the evaluation is positive, to prepare the necessary documentation for the establishment of the employment or collaboration relationship.

Processing may also involve special categories of data as defined in Article 9(2)(b) of the GDPR, such as:
- Data revealing health status
- Membership in protected categories
Such processing will comply with applicable disability and equality legislation.
Provision of Data
The provision of personal data is optional, but failure to provide it may compromise or invalidate the candidate evaluation process.
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be processed, also using electronic systems, by authorized personnel under the Data Controller’s responsibility. Appropriate security measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, modification, destruction, or disclosure.
Data may be shared with external Data Processors under formal agreements and may be disclosed to the following categories:
- IT companies and providers of network, electronic communication, storage, archiving, and data management services
- Labor consultants
Data Transfer to Third Countries
Personal data may be transferred to Switzerland, a country considered a "third country" under the GDPR.
Data Retention Period
Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and in compliance with legal obligations.
CVs will be stored (electronically and/or in paper format) for no more than 12 months from the date of receipt.
Data Subject Rights
Pursuant to Articles 15 and following of the GDPR, and where applicable, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request rectification or deletion of your data
- Restrict processing
- Object to the processing, where legally permitted
- Data portability (for data in electronic format), under Article 20 of the GDPR
You may exercise these rights by submitting a written request to the Data Controller.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
